ALL KARTERS NEED TO BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE TO FULLY COMPLY WITH ALL KARTING REGULATIONS IN REGARDS TO KART FORMULA AND RESTRICTORS IN ALL CLASSES THAT USE THEM AT ALL TIMES.
Kart Formula
All Karts must comply with the Australian Kart Formula and relevant Class Rules at all times during all practice and Competitions.
The Australian Kart Formula applies to all Karts using any KA Licenced facility at all times.
Responsibility for Safety
a) Each Competitor is responsible for all safety aspects of that competitors Kart and Driver at all times
Exhaust Restrictor
1) Where specified under an individual Class definition must be fitted at all times.
2) Must be correct restrictor to match licence class details.
Scrutineering and Technical Conformity
a) To ensure compliance with all Rules, KA will carry out inspections for that purpose.
b) KA reserves the right to: (i) Carry out these inspections at any time and on any item.
Anyone found to be using the incorrect or no restrictor during a private practice session or on a race meeting practice day or race day will be charged accordingly.
