Good luck to all our Aussie drivers over at the Rotax World Championship Portugal

The 2017 Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals World Championship starts this weekend November 4th to 11th at the world famous Kartodromo Internacional Algave Circuit in Portimao, Portugal and this years Team Australia is made up of 14 drivers thanks to their results in this years local Rotax Pro Tour held around Australia throughout the year.

Drivers that are representing “Team Australia” and have a shot at the World Championship include Australian National Micro Max champion Harry Arnett from the Bendigo Kart Club Australian national Mini Max champion James Wharton from the Eastern Lions Kart Club making his second appearance at the event, Australian National Rotax 125 Light Champion Bradley Jenner #94 from the Go Kart Club of Victoria making his 3rd appearance, and Australian National DD2 Masters champion Troy Woolston also from the Go-Kart Club of Victoria making his 5th appearance at the World Championship.

Along with the Victorians the other drivers that make up team Australia include Jac Preston, Broc Feeney and Jaiden Pope running in the Junior Max category, Cody Brewczynski and Cameron Longmore running along side Brad Jenner in the Senior Max category, Josh Fife, Cody Gillis and Ryan Kennedy running in the DD2 category, with Scott Howard, Kris Walton and Troy Woolston running in the DD2 Masters category.
