Golden Power Series is back bigger than ever in 2018, be at Round 2 at Bendigo!

Supp Regs for Round 2 of the 2018 Golden Power Series which is being held across 2 big action packed days of racing at the Bendigo Kart Club on the 10th and 11th of March are now available!

Compulsory Classes
Cadet 9, Cadet 12, KA4 Junior light, KA3 Junior, KA3 Senior Light, KA3 Senior Medium, TAG 125 Light, TAG 125 Heavy

Discretionary classes
KA4 Junior Heavy, TAG 125 Restricted Senior Light, TAG 125 Restricted Senior Medium, TAG 125 Restricted Senior Heavy, TAG 125 Masters, Victorian Masters (includes TAG 125 Restricted Masters and KA3 Masters with the following weights. Rotax (EVO): 177kg, All other engines: 172kg. Minimum of 40 years old to compete KA3 (masters)

Heat 1 9 LAPS, Heat 2 9 LAPS, Heat 3 9 LAPS, Heat 4 9 LAPS, Final 14 LAPS
TIMETABLE Saturday 10/03/2108 6.30 am – Gates open 7.00 am – Canteen opens All day at random – Scrutineering 8.00 am – Practice commences in race order (See above) 7.00am – Entry’s open 8.30 am – Close of entries At conclusion of practice – Drivers Briefing At conclusion of drivers briefing – Qualifying starts At conclusion of Qualifying – Heat one commences Sunday 11/03/2018 8.00 am – Racing starts At completion of racing – Presentations

It was a great turn out of some 160 drivers for the opening round and the Bendigo Kart Club and Karting Victoria looks forward to hosting all competitors and teams at the Marong Raceway Gold Associate’s rd, West of Bendigo with spectators more than welcome to the club to see all of the racing action live!

This years series is back bigger and better than ever and will once again be running with a single practice session, qualifying session, 4 heats and a final over 2 HUGE action packed days of kart racing with trophies awarded to the top 3 placegetters along with an award for the fastest qualifier at each Round of the series.

Overall series trophies will be presented at the season ending 2018 Karting Victoria Karters Of The Year Awards Presentation Night being held on the 8th of December.

Interstate drivers are allowed to race in the series and new drivers to the sport and welcome to compete!

ROUND 6 – Eastern Lions Kart Club – November 3/4
