The 2023 Black Plate champions were crowned at the Victorian State Cup sponsored by the Campaspe Shire Council at the Rochester Kart Club in warm and sunny conditions on December 2nd and 3rd.
Over 200 competitors were in attendance for the final plate meeting of the year, congratulations to all of the new champions and to everyone that competed along with John, Jeff and everyone else from the Rochester Kart Club and Karting Victoria that helped put on a great event.
