Change is in the Junior Top Guns event with the Cadet 9 and 12 entries in regards to Entry.

The change is below:
All Cadet 9 and Cadet 12 drivers must have been granted at least two (2) D to C Grade endorsements before entering this meeting.
Deleted is:
Except for Cadet 9 Beginner and Cadet 12 Beginner, All Cadet 9 and Cadet 12 drivers must have been granted at least two (2) D to C Grade endorsements before entering this meeting.
